We understand that your need to get a product to market as fast as possible can be our customers top priority. Here at Tml our aim is to help you do this by offering a rapid response on all your prototype requirements. By allowing us to produce your prototypes also enables us to establish how we can further reduce the cost of your parts through our EQP program and present to you any suggestions we have on the most cost effective way of volume producing your parts.

Full Inspection Service & Part Marking

To ensure your parts that we have provided are to the highest quality that you and your products require, we have in-house some of the latest inspection equipment and techniques. We can offer all our customers full part marking capability with either parts being engraved at the same time they are machined or off-line with the latest Prior marking system. Here at Tml we are happy to cater for whatever inspection schedules and part marking you require.

One Stop Shop

To save all of our customers the aggravations and inconveniences of having parts finished off, like: anodising, plating and painted by third party companies, we will happily offer you the complete “One Stop Shop” experience. This can be to the extent of ‘packaged and labelled ready to use’.

Twin Bin and full Kitting Service

We can offer all our customers potentially big savings on their procurement by not just providing you with a few fully finished parts, but by providing you with a full kitting service.
